Risk factors threatening our food system, such as climate change and aging, are becoming increasingly complex.
The severity of the food crisis may not yet be clearly felt in daily life, but that is not because the problem has disappeared, but because it has not yet been revealed.
So how should we face problems that are difficult to solve easily?
If there is no solution, there must be an alternative. REVITA presents changes in the food system as a new alternative and aims to create a direction for sustainable agriculture.
